Derma-KT Cream contains Ketoconazole, Tolnaftate, Clobetasol Propionate, Neomycin, and Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline. Ketoconazole stops the growth of fungi by causing damage and leakage to the fungal cell membrane. Tolnaftate works by stopping the growth of fungi that cause skin infections. Clobetasol Propionate works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Neomycin works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline belongs to the class of antifungals with additional antibacterial action. Together, Derma-KT Cream helps in treating skin infections.

In some cases, Derma-KT Cream may cause side effects such as skin peeling, dryness, burning sensation, irritation, stinging sensation, itching and redness at the application site.
