Jaharmohra Khatai Pishti is prepared through specific Ayurvedic detoxification processes called shodhana and mardana to make the mineral safe and therapeutically effective for human consumption. The serpentine stone is ground into a fine powder, often processed with liquids like rose water, cow’s milk, or chandanadi ark (sandalwood water), to enhance its properties.
