• Montair LC Kid Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, itching, swelling, watery eyes and other allergic symptoms. It also reduces inflammation in the airways, making breathing easier. It is commonly prescribed for children to manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis and asthma.
• This medication contains two active ingredients: Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotrienes, chemical messengers that cause inflammation and narrowing of the airways in the lungs. This helps to reduce asthma symptoms and allergic rhinitis symptoms.
• Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms. By blocking histamine, levocetirizine helps to relieve symptoms such as itching, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
