Allegra-M tablet is a prescription anti-allergic medicine commonly used to treat the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, itchy or watery eyes, and throat irritation. It is a combination medication containing montelukast and fexofenadine as active ingredients. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that works by blocking leukotrienes, chemicals responsible for swelling and inflammation in the airways.
