Arbitel Trio tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains a combination of three antihypertensive medications: metoprolol, cilnidipine, and telmisartan. This medication is prescribed when a single medication is not sufficient to manage high blood pressure effectively.

Arbitel Trio tablet works by inhibiting certain receptors on your blood vessels responsible for the constriction of blood vessels. This relaxes and widens the blood vessels, reducing blood pressure. It inhibits angiotensin II, a naturally occurring substance that narrows blood vessels and raises blood pressure. By blocking this substance, Arbitel Trio tablet allows blood vessels to relax, thereby further contributing to a lowering of blood pressure.

Arbitel Trio tablet should be taken precisely as instructed by your doctor. Avoid missing any doses or discontinuing it without consulting your doctor.
