Alaspan AM Tablet is a combination medicine which may be used to temporarily relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies. (Symptoms may include sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and sore throat). It is also used to treat conditions with the abnormal mucus secretion, allowing the patient to breathe freely and deeply. It should be used with caution in patients with a known history of gastric ulcers.
