Aldactone 100mg Tab 15’s

Aldactone 100 mg Tablet is a diuretic which is used to control high blood pressure and edema. It is usually taken once daily, preferably in the daytime to prevent sleep disturbances. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level is necessary.

• Hypertension (High Blood Pressure): Lowers BP by removing fluid and easing the heart’s workload, often with other medicines.
• Heart Failure: Reduces fluid buildup and hospital readmissions, improving symptoms.
• Edema (Swelling): Treats fluid retention from liver (cirrhosis, ascites) or kidney (nephrotic syndrome) issues.
• Low Potassium (Hypokalemia): Corrects low potassium levels.
• Hormonal Conditions (Off-label/Specialist): Treats acne, hirsutism (excess hair), and hair loss in women.
